What happens once I book?

Once you have accepted your invitation to book and payment has been set up, your booking will be complete. Upon completion a deposit will be taken equal to the monthly license fee and held on file for the duration of your booking. Your deposit is fully refundable at the end of your booking provided the space is left as you found it and there are no outstanding payments on your account. Your first monthly license fee will be taken on your move in date.
