I need to add/remove team members from my booking

You can always edit your booking on your PivotDesk dashboard under the Booking tab. After selecting Booking on the left side of your dashboard, click Edit Booking and from there you can add or remove team members from the drop down menu and enter the date the change is taking place. This will automatically adjust your billing to reflect your booking change.
